James Styles

Meet James, Operations Manager at Retain. 

 

I oversee high-level HR duties, such as attracting talent and setting training standards and hiring procedures. I also analyse and improve organisational processes and work to improve organisational procures and work to improve quality, productivity and efficiency.

I am big into my CrossFit and train most evenings after work at Paradise Gym in Newton Abbot. I also volunteer as a judge at Battle Cancer events around the country, which are sponsored CrossFit events, raising money and awareness for the fight against cancer.
